The show was as planned, very intimate with the crowd consisting of around 300 people and a live band. The dimly light room arranged in rows of chairs only heighten the personal feel to the occasion. There were two opening acts as well as featured artists who performed along side Cole. These artists being Donny Goines, Brandon Hines, and Lubna Lundy, just to name a few. Cole’s performance set included Grown Simba, Royal Flush, Lights Please, Losing My Balance, Rags to Riches, A Star is Born, “Dreams”, “Dolla and a Dream II”, ” I Get Up” and “Dead President II”. In addition, he performed three exclusive tracks, one which covered the subject of abortion, another which begins with recited vintage Kayne lyrics, and the last which was spat over The Roots’ Got Me beat.

NYU Show Sold Out In 10 Minutes!
Addtitional tickets were released today at 12pm and the show sold out in 10 minutes! A far cry from Jay-Z’s Madison Square Garden Show selling out in 60seconds, but Cole is getting there
